夜9時ごろに寝かしつけを始めるも
11時過ぎまで寝ないことは前からだったのだけど、
今度は2時間おきくらいに起きて泣く、
ということが始まりました。
うちは1時、3時、5時、7時に泣き声で起こされます。
起きると、うちの体に手をかけて立ちあがるかヒザ立ちをして
Qちゃんがわんわん泣いているのです。
これか…うわさの夜泣き…。
添い乳するといったんは大人しくなるけど、
それで寝るかと思ったらまだ泣く。
抱っこしても泣く。
どうにもならないので、しまいにはやけくそに
「おーもう寝んでええよー起きとけよー泣けよ泣けよー」
と言って背を向けて寝てみたりするのです。
疲れる。
寝せてからしようと思っている仕事も全くはかどらず。
どうも、添い乳は眠りが浅くなるから良くないという説が
あるそうで、夜だけ断乳したら朝まで寝るようになったという
体験談もいくつか読みました。
断乳かぁ。
でも昼間預けている間はミルクにしてるし、
一緒にいられる夜ぐらいは欲しがるだけ吸わせてやっても
いいかなぁとも思い。
どうにも体が持たなくなってきたら考えようかな。
せめてもう少し夜が涼しくなってくれたらなぁ。
クーラー無しの部屋ではそうでなくても寝苦しいて。
